I received a pair of LatherMitts in exchange for an honest review. The opinions listed below are my own.
When I first heard about LatherMitts, I thought “well that’s a cool idea.” As a wantrepreneur, I was mildly jealous of just how good of an idea this was. 🙂
In all honesty, I don’t bathe my son. Wait, what? My husband loves to bathe Little Coop as they are both water lovers. So that is one task that is off of my plate. There is the occasional instance of sausage grease in the hair from breakfast, etc. that I will bathe him for but 99% of the time, it’s Big Coop that handles bath time.
Once the LatherMitts arrived, I told my husband that there was a new way to bathe Little Coop. He looked at me quizzically. I showed him the LatherMitts and explained that with these, you don’t need a wash rag. You just wear the mitts, soap them up and wash wash wash.
If you know Big Coop, you know that if it’s not about fossils or history, he can be a man of few words. So after the bath, I had to quiz him about what he thought. The results were great.
He said that it was a lot easier to bathe Little Coop when you’ve got the LatherMitts on and don’t have to worry about a rag. Since Little Coop is a toddler, he likes to take things from you, so without the rag tug-o-war, it made bath time easier. He also liked that the part between the
forefinger and thumb on each one was made of neoprene. He said that the neoprene was great to use in more delicate areas and was excellent for lifting Little Coop. The neoprene provided a better grip for a slippery little boy.
All in all, we can confidently recommend LatherMitts for your baby/child bathing needs.
